Ah, that makes sense. So something akin to obstruction of justice or contempt for defying a subpoena, court order, etc. Guess we'll see how willing they are to go after someone with nearly unlimited financial resources. Even more surprised that he would land in France! Especially since he knew about the warrant for his arrest. |

They arrested him because he refused to cooperate in some criminal cases by not providing data he has. When prosecution asks you for data and you refuse because lol then there are laws that say itโs a crime.
Itโs no war against encryption. Telegram channels are totally available for moderation. They nothing more than Facebook groups.
