And she was a doctor, not white. After eating what they are slightly concerned about food (coming out without special allergen flags proving proper prep as it should but “reassured by server”) he goes to hotel room and she goes to a second restraunt where she eventually dies alone at hospital before husband even makes it there? I feel like there is…something missing. A) racial motives? (Husband seems white in photos too) B) who leaves their wife immediately after slightly suspect food alone C) WHO ONLY THINKS THEIR SPOUSE IS WORTH ONLY $50k WHEN THEY ARE A DOCTOR PROBABLY MAKING 10x THAT IN A YEAR! MUCH LESS LIKE…love? Care? Missing them?

Dude. If I wrongfully die Id better be worth at least a million to my partner, maybe more like 10 million, or Im coming back and haunting!

@sunguramy @ThatOneGuyT_T @Jennifer It may be that they're leaving the door open to the jury to return big on punitive damages. Or maybe he doesn't want any blood money and just wants a court to find Disney guilty and to cover the costs of a nice tombstone for his wife's grave.

@sunguramy @ThatOneGuyT_T @Jennifer It's not that he only thinks his wife's death is worth $50k compensation. It's that his lawyers had to ask for a minimum of $50k compensation in order to get the case heard by the court they wanted to hear it. The $50k language in the lawsuit is standard legal language. They'll ask for an order of magnitude or two more if it goes to trial.
