In 1799, there was an unrecognized Muskogee country in the US.

A supporter of Britain in the War of Independence allied with the Indians, and they took advantage of the complex status of Spanish Florida to declare themselves a separate state.

But after 4 years, the state was destroyed by joint American and Spanish action.
