Soups are extremely easy, you just throw whatever you have into water and boil it for half a hour. I don't have measurments because for the soup I just taste it for salt and spices as I cook it. Vegetable only soups may taste a bit bland so sometimes I make croutons from leftover bread to make it more interesting. But most of the time it all comes to preferences, I just use whatever greens (coriander, parsley etc) I can find and I chop them into soup five minutes before it is ready.

@MrClon@lor.sh important to note that onions and carrots take longer to boil, so they should be prepared first.

Oh and also, frozen peas are amazing for soup!

Also, cabbage should be good in soup but I haven't made soup with cabbage yet. (I feel like if I buy it I won't be able to use it all before it starts to go bad, cabbages ate just too big :neocat_woozy:)

@MrClon@lor.sh I started making more soups for myself after watching this (somewhat humorous) video from Adam Ragusea (he has other great recipes on his channel)

I usually add at least one potato because I like them and because potatos are very filling
