Gregory's Server№9. Paying more and going to the realtor's office (I didn't know it was an option) solved the problem. I now how a place to live yayy. Washing machine in the kitchen is ridiculous, though. Ridiculous. Whatever, the place is good. A couple of friends are living nearby, had a quick meet with them too! Will report more later. Sleeping in the dorm tonight though.

Is the washing machine ridiculous because it doesn't 'belong' in the kitchen? I can imagine that happening because of the water connection. In any case it'll be much better than having no wash machine, or having to install your own in some of the remaining free space :)
