@Clutha @sam @tomw One of my friends worked at the shop floor and they found out a way to improve the process, but of course no one listened to the blue collar goofs.
So when a young engineer started in their shop they told him to propose that as his own idea. Bosses were delighted that the new kid got immediately to improve the process and guys at the machines were just happy that they finally got to do the work as it should be done.
The cost of bad management is staggering.
