It's absolutely abysmal how software with a tagline "we'll protect you from breaches and therefore financial risks" has just caused huge ass financial losses for hundreds of companies and for millions of individuals.

What's even funnier is that it has to get worse, before it gets better: the affected companies won't learn a thing, and neither will the security auditors.
