The third one looks like Sempervivum, I'd say, but I can't specify the exact plant species or varieties.
I have very similar ones standing on my windowsill ;)

@kawosz oh yes, Sempervivum could very well be the case, as @arrrrrmin also mentioned in a side thread 🙂
It's probably hard to tell for sure which species it is exactly because I haven't seen any flowers.
