I have no words to express my contempt about what owner of php sury repository did.
Shortly, he publicly announced that his repo from now will block all connections if geoip tells that they are from Russia.
Excellent! Open source project which is used by millions and such an awful behavior.
I hope that users from other countries will see and note that shit and consider using something else, because some day your country may be blocked as well due to the degradation of someone's brain.
So shameful behavior from a member of #FOSS community, so terrible and stupid.
