I am pretty surprised to find mine may qualify for both.

@Gargron I would find it interesting where / on what hardware / at what cost an instance is hosted, as well as how/by whom the expenses are covered. Also, some hints on the motivation for creating an instance and (hopefully) longterm commitment to maintain it would be useful. Not sure all of this fits in a 'short description', though.
