:) I think even better than just emoticons a genuine comment that says why somebody liked a work or asks about process. or mention your work because they just liked it. It is the type of interaction that I rarely see and makes fediverse so much more rewarding.

I cannot stress enough how much I appreciate the civil conversational vibe of fediverse/mastodon and how different that is from birdsite and other surveillance tracking algorithmic social media. I appreciate every post that brings attention to behaviour (and tools) that makes this space different.
