Which feed reader do you use to subscribe to Mastodon accounts?

@Gargron I don't use RSS to follow anything on Mastodon but if I did, it would be FreshRSS or QuiteRSS. @Gargron I don't subscribe to any yet, but when I get around to it my current reader of choice is https://www.inoreader.com/ @Gargron I don't use this functionality personally, but if I did, it'd be Feedly. That's what I use for other RSS feeds. @Gargron Fastladder: https://github.com/fastladder/fastladder Mastodon RSS feed feature is helpful because I don't want to miss toots some people from the timeline. @Gargron But i use #Flym. Also used #Feeder. Following RSS feeds outside Mastodon. Flym (Leichter und moderner Feed-Reader) Feeder (Ein großartiger, kostenloser und quelloffener RSS-Feedreader) I don't, but I'd use FeedBro if I did. My library recommended it for following their new titles feeds and it's pretty nice. @Gargron Stream for iOS. I built it, so it may not be worth counting because I’m biased.😃 @Gargron Newsblur has been my go-to for years now. Only site I've found that hits that Google Reader vibe for me.
[DATA EXPUNGED]
@Gargron TinyTinyRSS for monitoring and N8N (as low code tool) to forward to Twitter for instance. @Gargron If I were to use a feed reader, I'd consider Thunderbird, since I use it for email anyway. @Gargron I am thinking of making the switch to doing that. If I do it will be with a self-hosted Tiny-Tiny-RSS. I have some php script to pull in feeds and munge them about and add first-link-page-previews and in-reply-to type stuff from Twitter and other places, so I'd expand that to include stuff from the Mastodon instance. |
@Gargron uhh Mastodon! :blobcatgiggle:
