@cwebber@mcc that's the much scarier one, IMHO. The free lunch services, subsidized by VC or high-end customers as a marketing tool, were always just that: a free lunch. When paying for things we've come to depend on isn't enough because small orgs just don't create enough margin/ROI... that's a lot scarier.
