This week in absolutely cursed programming, I rewrote my copy/paste server based on the idea of a tuplespace, so every uxn program snarfing a snippet of text is pushing it in the tuple server. I can finally share "types" of snippets between programs and differentiate between copy/pasting pixels, text or other binary data. I can even consume snippets, and use it as a kind of history.

The things one does at anchor without internet connectivity.

@neauoire Copy-paste server as in actual networking involved or server as in code library? :0

@gustav It's a little socket program that runs on my computer all day, and it handles copy/pasting between programs, it's nothing fancy.

@neauoire That sounds useful! I've always wondered why copy/paste is so bare-bones in modern operating systems..
