@Gargron Requesting for Tamil and Malayalam as we have a good influx for both these languages. @Gargron Welcome to India, the land of diversity !Home to thousands of languages, and millions of Gods.Cultures, festivals, food, spirituality, yoga, ayurveda, races and traditions.You can't really find India, but find yourself in India ! @Gargron Can I mention that the Telugu localization I’ve seen thus far has been *excellent*. More needs to be translated obviously, but so far so good. @Gargron Shouldn’t you be adding Gujrati too? India’s Prime Minister and Home Minister are Gujrati. Once they know people are on mastodon, they might try to pressurize you in succumbing to their demands of snooping. It would be nice to test you on your promises 😉 @Gargron add Tamil (தமிழ்) one of the ancient and vibrant language of the world. Tamil is one of the official languages in Sri Lanka, Singapore, Malaysia, etc. @Gargron we made a new keyboard app for typing in Hindi and Marathi. Would you mind boosting this, please? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=in.svayu.lipi&hl=en_SG @Gargron add Malayalam too. A good proportion of Indians on this platform are from Kerala where the spoken language is Malayalam. @Gargron Nice. But let me make a prediction. There is a political battle on Twitter where it is alleged that left-liberals have gone off to join Mastodon because of the suspension of some of their vocal spokies.These are mainly English speakers When the so called "RW" appear in numbers Hindi, Marathi and Kannada will start seeing greater usage. Please check the page above before suggesting another language to add, because it might already be there. Also, translations depend on community contributions, "adding" a language only means it's now possible to submit translations for it. @Gargron hindi is the least important indian language..give importance to south Indian languages like malayalam tamil kannada telugu @Gargron thanks for marathi , god bless you and your family and may god bless you with typical marathi wife, :) |
@Gargron thank you
