@drawingdog @aires Well, no -- what they’re selling is higher-quality results and privacy, and they very much have their own algorithms on top of all of those sources. It's not just building a dumb stack of everybody else's results. Yes, it's probably possible to boil that all down yourself, but to a large degree that's just saying you don't want a search engine at all. I think relatively few people want to go to that level of work. |

They might have their own algos going on as well, but to me it sounds like what they're selling is mostly "we filter down the results from other providers", and I'm personally happy to do that myself.
