@J12t @wearenew_public agree. Surprisingly, some of the best neighborhood groups are on FB Groups. For example, the Buy Nothing <insert location> ones. FB Groups have decent moderation tools, and good moderation practices have been passed from group to group.
But then the issue is that you have to use Facebook.
