I see:
Many smaller parabolic antennae for high frequency/high bandwidth
Several approx 2m frequency omni antennae (repeaters?)
And a few large directional microwave antennae
Also a large liquid storage tank (water? Fuel for a generator?
Overall, it seems to be a large, multipurpose wireless relay/repeater station.

The structure is bizarrely overly-complex compared to the others I've seen. All this is typically on one tower. Is it in an earthquake prone area?
