I'm working slowly. Still trying to figure out the lino part. Specifically, how one prints over irregular surfaces reliably. @RussSharek If you're not married to lino, may I suggest dabbing paint through a stencil? I might have to abandon it for the idea I'm brewing, which would be frustrating because it's now carved and awaiting printing. The piece says 'o pana e kon' which translates approximately to 'Breathe.' @RussSharek Hmm, I've never used lino myself, so I don't have any pointers. The design is cool tho! Thank you! I have been looking at découpage and collage techniques mostly. My thought is print on thin to the point of transparent paper, then glue into piece. @helveticablanc I think you'll enjoy this Babel tangent: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oMxYJ8YQr30&list=WL&index=50 @helveticablanc god each new one is my new favourite. This one is so freakin sick :maru: @neauoire Aw thanks! I'm on a short break to gather supplies, but then have a few that I hope really kick it up a notch! |
