I will say: #FSD + #Autopilot being "deadly-levels of over-confident L2 autonomy" does seem like something that the lumbering regulatory agencies are catching up to . . .
Also: might be an ad hominem logical fallacy to discredit Niedermeyer's current arguments solely because he's been incorrect about Tesla's demise in the past.
