It's kinda sad and fun at same time (pic)

I was thinking a lot about pro lifers vs pro choicers perpetual argument. I find it somewhat ironic, that they fight for completely different reasons that they say they do.

Very first, both point "life starts at conception" and "life starts at birth" are wrong. Life started once, X billions years ago, than it was evolving, duplicating, procreating, multiplying, growing and dying off. At no point in time there was a moment when you were not alive (as a matter) and then you became alive. Life is not created, it continues. Trillions of cells of your parents mixed alive couple cells in some or another way, then these cells (again, alive) were multiplying, than this blob of matter was separated with host organism

We still don't have working technology that can take matter, make organic matter out of it and then make this alive

Thus, main face point of PLvPC fight is at what relative moment of time from when our biological parents mixed couple cells together we can decide to end life of metaphorical you - 6 weeks? 20? What about 3 years, if you realize that something wrong with kid and its whole life is going to be suffering? Or its future is so horrific that you would rather to let it go very gently, in very loving way? (think euthanasia) Or other interesting choice - how come that killing unborn is such tragedy but we are mostly glorifying a soldier's death? Our glorious defenders vs these bastards attackers! And if you think of it, 20 years old still has so called whole life ahead, also somewhat was working for that, when baby probably doesn't even have any coherent thought

But even then this is not the main point

The picture attached - what the hell these people are proud about? There are like 50+ working contraceptive methods, combine couple of them and you have 99% guarantee that babies are not happening. Why this laziness, just to make small life and then kill it? And then, WHY this sticker is? To stick it to people who loves babies? To mock and gloat over people like myself, who wasn't lucky enough to roll a character with ability to gift life?

And then there are these assholes - pro lifers. Do you love life? Do you really?! How much do you love life? What are really ready to do? Wanna sign contract with future mother to adopt her kid and raise as you own? Or at least would you like to sign a contract to pay child support for next 10-12 years (after they somewhat autonomous and can even survive on their own)? No as well? So you want someone to suffer (people who don't want them, for people who love them kids are blessing) next 20 years for your own love for kids and feeling righteous? So go and give another birth and kindly fuck off of other people

I think, main problem of humanity (and these PROs argument) - people do not want to talk and find common grounds and trade offs, instead everyone wants to force own point of view to everyone else w/out even thinking and self reflecting if own world model is beneficial for themselves 🤣
