Any time i go somewhere, try to "socialize" with people, trying to get involved in going out and activities, they walk on when i try to talk with them

If that’s how they act towards you, they aren’t worth your time. @Laberpferd @mookie @econads as someone who has adopted an introvert to the extent I'm now married and have a kid: having a common interest helps. Especially helpful when trying to break into the convo is having some kind of expertise or experience the other party needs so they notice you. Maybe your voice is quieter than you think it is. I used to get annoyed that people ignored me, but came to the conclusion I just spoke very quietly. I learned to compensate by speaking about 50% louder than I was comfortable with.
