Is Delta going to be available on iPad as well, or only iPhone?  @ben_rearden @altstore The conundrum right now is that you can't get Delta for iPad even if you're willing to run in iPhone mode, because altstore is for iPhones.  @altstore How do I get my save data from the AltStore version onto the App Store version? @rileytestut @altstore Please make your app available in Apple's App Store, so we can use it on the iPad. I do all my gaming on the iPad and I don't mind the iPhone mode, but iPad in the EU can't get this in any way. @altstore @rileytestut Why not just simply offering it through the App Store worldwide? I will never install a third party marketplace. Now going to download this with an Apple-ID that is registered for the US store. @altstore why not offer the possibility to purchase Clip? Brave (iOS) shows the full uri but tapping in Safari or Brave both seem to do nothing. @altstore@fosstodon.org fuuuck now im one euro poorer #fornite-when@xerxesshouldnthavewon @awax It‘s kinda hidden in Stripe‘s interface:  @altstore I paid, got to a download page (in Firefox), clicked the "marketplace-kit://" link, invited to "open this link in external app?" Clicked "OK". Nothing happens. Tried the same page in Safari, also got to download page, this time I clicked the link and nothing at all happens. I went to your page to find how to contact support, and the options are "business inquiries", "press" and "developers". So I guess social media is the only option? @altstore just tried to install it, paid via Apple Pay, authorized the installation, but then, nothing happens, nothing downloads. @bobdobolino @altstore Exactly the same, no popup, nothing, the Download button does nothing. No button in the app, no link to the payment platform provided. Check EU legislation on subscriptions to learn that this is mandatory @altstore How do I refund? It said available in Europe however only after paying does it tell you it's only available in the core EU states and not in the EEA Edit: I had issues when purchasing with Apple Pay. You need to enter the E-Mail that is linked to your Apple Pay. User interface for purchase is really not great. More information there: @altstore Hi I just purchased a subscription. Got to the Download screen and the download doesn’t do anything. I’m in safari.  @altstore sorry but this not cool, since you are forcing EU users to use your Alt Store (users freedom only when it suits your business?). Also: by not using the App Store, EU users can't install Delta on iPad. Do you want to charge for Delta? That's fine! Do you want to charge more (like 3€ instead of 1,50€) on App Store? That's fine as well! But let people choose which app store to use and don't force your thing, thanks! |
