I heard report of this event, one Palestinian politician who is banned from political events in Germany spoke there, but I didnβt hear anything about this case with Varoufakis.
I totally agree with the criticism on the German approach to this whole thing but I canβt have sympathy for him π¬

What of Dr Ghassan Abu-Sittah the rector of Glasgow University, when he was deported, attempting to attend the event, was told he could be charged with the potential of a custodial sentence if he attempted to speak remotely.
