I'm running out of pictures to post as I'm still waiting on two rolls from my NYC trip to be processed at the lab... 😔

@Gargron that’s sad. Any idea how long that will take?

@ZuilenV I expect them sometime next week. I have a black and white roll in there and those take 7-9 business days and I'm on day 5.

@Gargron counting down! There was a time when they developed these films overnight 😅 times change… but: you can still get them developed (and not have to do it yourself). I believe it is upcoming again, old fashioned films to shoot pictures, isn’t it?

@ZuilenV There’s labs that will develop same day for extra charge. But it all depends. C41 is standardized. Black and white is not, so it’s just more work for the lab.

@Gargron ah, clear. Black & white will cost more then, I guess. Hope to see the result here 🙂

@Gargron @ZuilenV Both processes are standardized and well commonly used since many years. Besides you can fairly use C41 one to bath bw negatives as well as the papers later too. There will be no differences and is absolutely no need to pay some extra fees for bw processing. Someone at this lab told you an complete bullshit, or doesn't know how those things works. Or both.
