@TechConnectify Just for that, I want to share a picture of my neighbor's electrical meter box (sans the meter) and the car jumper cables clipped across the mains.

But alas, I did not think to snap a picture when I noticed it... I should probably grab one tomorrow though, as it's rather ridiculous. (Not to mention extremely dangerous and a bit illegal.)
