Gregory's Server@J12t @jamesmarshall Service to our house is underground and thereโs a string they can use to pull additional cables. I imagine they do the same elsewhere.

@jimfenton @jamesmarshall Whose conduit is that? Because my phone cables come diagonally out of the ground as if somebody very amateur didn't measure the length correctly and sort of just cemented them crossing them through the air into the garage wall. No conduit to be found there.
