@Gargron I gotta say, I’m using it more and more and I’m getting fond of it♥️😻 Every version is better and better and that’s the big difference with all other Masto (iOS) apps. You are the only one still updating it..

I mean, I love apps like Mast but it’s getting outdated and that’s enough to not use it anymore

@Gargron I am convinced that that is the only way to develop a really good app. You have to be invested, and you have to be developing for your own real needs.

@Gargron yes the layout and usage of space is excellent. Some other apps have time UI icons etc. I’d like to see a clear notifications option in future to just clean that up like we have on desktop browser.

@Gargron After complaining about the iOS app's poor performance yesterday, I gave it another try, completely deinstalled the old version and downloaded the current version. And it’s really much better, far more responsive and also the design improved, like, A LOT! (I still like some UI decisions of Toot! a bit more, but this is really subjective. Would love to see the "delete and re-draft" feature in the mobile app sooner or later e.g.).

@Gargron Very much love the app. It’s stable, smooth and looks nice. Grateful it exists. I’d use it as my daily if it allowed me to read my timeline from old to new, without loosing my place or skipping posts.

@Gargron I updated the app today. I noticed that when I look at my profile there are no links under "About". Is there something I need to do for my Mastodon profile links to show up in the iOS app?

@Gargron I don't know if you've caught my recent posts here about #Amaroq but it suddenly began crashing on me about a week ago — tries to open an instance I'm on, shits its pants and dumps me back to the home screen. Happens pretty much every time now. I've deleted it...

...so, just how good IS the new Mastodon IOS app? How often does it crash? Not calling you a liar, but... you know how first-release software can be. How good is it, REALLY?

@Gargron it definitely the best, only thing lacking IMHO is a fed timeline.

Since this is a SwiftUI, any plans to bring it to mac as well? All the others apps, they are electron, and then there is Mastonaut, but you can’t post toots longer than 500 even if your server allows for more.
