1. failure to get its broken fan replaced on warranty period — or even order replacement part
2. after encountering wild bans over sending parts via freight forwarding,
3. and after Framework declining to provide me schematics without even giving me an option to sign NDA, ...

...I can say that it is harder to fix a #frameworklaptop than a Macbook Air.

For the latter we at least have chineese parts and stolen schematics.
