@Ric what does big brands coming into the fediverse mean?
- Do they write their own software? e.g. threads
- Do they create their own instance?
- Do they create an account somewhere?

@Tealk I was thinking more like coke or apple having their corporate accounts on the fediverse and interacting with customers maybe having their support teams connected up much like they do on Twitter (still not calling it x)
