@ErikUden same way I did it on Android for certain apps. Change my app store country or create a new account.

Not against side loading nor a TikTok user but when there is a will there is a way.

@ErikUden just sideload the IPA using AltStore. EU sideloading doesn’t work as advertised anyway.
