@oatmeal I tried to add an alternative text for the picture. 🙂

"I can handle being tired." A white-egg-like character is sleeping in a red bed. There is a red low-battery icon on the corner of the panel.
"And I can handle being full of anxious energy." The character, now with a headset on his head and wearing a green shirt, is frantically typing on a laptop. The battery icon is fully charged and green.
"What I cannot handle" The character got up from the red bed bed.
"the thing I cannot bear" The green-shirt-wearing character, now bareheaded, is closing the laptop's lid.
The next panel is split horizontally in two: on the left side, with a red background "Is being both" the character's face is tired and battery icon low. On the right side, with a green background "at the same time" his eyes are wide open and the battery fully charged.
"All the time." A central panel shows the character's face again, with bulging eyes, grimacing or eating his lips. The background alternate red and green rays.
