@bouncepaw my theory is since we are constantly bombarded with politics, climate change, wars, AI, late stage capitalism, social media, influencers, etc, young people don't really see themselves as valuable let alone having a future. My advice is to stop paying attention to what everyone else is doing, and focus on what you want out of life. A good starting point is understanding yourself, your goals, your strengths, your passions. TBF none of that is easy or straight forward—but that's life.
