@KirstenAnne @neauoire haha no. if the cost per km is lower, people will just drive *more* @Stoori @neauoire true. We now have an EV and we will no longer be taking long road trips, so there’s that. Last year we drove to Minnesota, Washington, and Idaho in our hybrid… and this year we won’t drive anywhere out of state. Instead I will kill the planet by flying to New Mexico and Hawaii. 😩 Having family spread out across the country is a challenge. @KirstenAnne @neauoire A Tesla will wear out a set of standard 50,000 mile-rated car tires in 10,000 or less. |
