I've got out my bubble and realised the world doesn't work how we're told - like we're building a knowledge management system and I keep telling the bosses they just need to go to one of our factories to see a large proportion of workers are not digitally literate like we are sitting in our rooms, working from home. It's why I've not yet implemented any AI in our system, just good old fashioned human work.
