@stavvers This is the only recourse we are likely to have, we will have to sue companies every single time if they don't honor whatever bullshit their chatbots produce. Because only if they cannot get away with it will they stop firing real humans.

@thomas_decker @stavvers an Amazon chat bot told me I couldn’t cancel an order, but as soon as I received it I could get a refund and keep the item. I told them to refund me now since my issue is that they are not delivering the item. I never received the refund, I received the item and decided to let it go because it was only $7.99. This story has motivated me to contact Amazon for my eight dollars.
