@Radical_EgoCom Because there is a clear difference to government ownership, seen under Communism, where the state is the owner of all enterprises. The state represented by the government inserts the board of directors and runs the enterprise which in practice means that top level party apparatchiks reap the profits and benefits for themselves and workers are exploited with low pay and poor working conditions. |
