The transition to communism requires active dismantling of existing power structures and redistribution of resources, which won't occur organically without collective action and organization, which is why it's important to view Anarchism and Communism as interconnected ideologies that share the goal of dismantling oppressive structures and promoting collective liberation. @rsf92 You are right in saying that economic exploitation is impossible without coercion, but there are also other systemic barriers that prevent people from just leaving their exploitation.
