This is pretty close to how I interpret those bizarre washing instructions and warnings on my clothing labels.

A series of symbols making fun of the often confusing washing warnings on clothing tags. For example, a cup full of water with a solid circle in it is labeled "Don't wash tennis balls." A symbol that I think represents an iron is labeled "Bumper Car."
