It seems GoDaddy, unlike Hetzner, doesn't provide a way to merely update the mailing address away from Russia.
So far, Russia's push to "localize" select foreign hosters and further regulate the hosting industry as a whole has pushed three int'l companies from Russia in 2023.
Personally, this move has just created a major PITA. I'm using a GoDaddy domain for my primary email address—and my email provider, Microsoft, only allows to use GoDaddy-managed domains for custom email addresses.
