If your posts on fedi look like "RT @/suchandsuch" people will find this spammy and likely mute you because we're trying to get away from that site and don't want to see automated interactions from there, if that makes sense.

I was first on mastodon.social, then on knzk, berries.space, radical.town, and then witches.live

then took a hiatus, came back and joined kolektiva and deadinsi.de, before trying out pleroma on social.xenofem.me and deciding to make Disqordia last year~

I'll note that Mastodon is ahead of Twitter in a lot of ways. Being able to individually lock posts has always been a godsend, and the new editing posts feature and timeline scrubbing options aren't a thing on Twitter at all.

I feel like 3.5 shows it's willing to go beyond trying to just copy Twitter and that's a good thing. It's just a shame that Mastodon development is essentially just 3 people now bc i do wanna see it grow more even if I'm on pleroma
