These very tiny, orange brown bell shaped mushrooms were sprouting all over this dead, damp, decayed log.They looked so dainty and fragile that you didn't want to touch them for fear of knocking them over and this mushroom had an extremely tiny bug resting on it's cap.

A great shot, and a healthy fox! Back in 2000 (the last time I was there, was a vixen and three pups living in the Beach, in Toronto. The squirrel population dropped that summer. Rumours had it that they took the subway to the Queen St streetcar and came to the beach that way from High park. We never heard of any gang wars between the Foxes and the Raccoon, but you could feel the tension in the air as dusk approached.
