The KINGDOM HEARTS games are finally coming to Steam in June https://www.gamingonlinux.com/2024/05/the-kingdom-hearts-games-are-finally-coming-to-steam-in-june/ Sounds like a privacy nightmare. You should consider #Linux ๐ One day this will type of stuff will end up mandatory, and even if itโs local itโs being fed into an AI. This stuff will get abused.

@gamingonlinux I still have dreams of League of Legends' Doom Bots game mode. I don't play LoL anymore but if Riot ever brings it back you know where I'm spending my time. Just a reminder I have a Steam Curator, go follow it. https://store.steampowered.com/curator/4218320-GamingOnLinux/

@gamingonlinux @gamingonlinux their LLM MOOst've "ingested" a bunch of Indian/Hindu source material. ๐ (edit: perhaps, Chinese source material - they're eating some weird eggs over there, in CN.) Monster collecting game Cassette Beasts free multiplayer update out now https://www.gamingonlinux.com/2024/05/monster-collecting-game-cassette-beasts-free-multiplayer-update-out-now/ @gamingonlinux Time for @ByttenStudio to take a victory lap; they just buried their competition with Capricorpse! Seriously though, just play @CassetteBeasts I have so few complaints on it and it's probably one of my favorite indie games of all time, and it's made with Godot, works on Linux natively, and the developers are on the fediverse! Not to mention, they seem very receptive to fans, unlike that other company... Arctic Eggs is the weirdest cooking game I've seen for a while https://www.gamingonlinux.com/2024/05/arctic-eggs-is-the-weirdest-cooking-game-ive-seen-for-a-while/ @gamingonlinux Trailer is kinda soothing. Thanks for pointing us to this weird gem(?) Who's actually making this though? I can't even find that on the website, and the github only has one contributor who's a bit light on info. @gamingonlinux I really wonder how that's going to go... Can't even get basic GPU acceleration to work on 24.04 with wayland. When are we going to see some truly positive news from EA? This is getting tiresome... Thinking more on all this #AI shite and search engines. It just makes RSS and social media following more important than ever before right? Ways to properly follow what you want. Good thing @gamingonlinux has and RSS feed: https://www.gamingonlinux.com/rss/ Proton Experimental improves Halo Infinite, Call of Juarez: Gunslinger and more for Steam Deck / Linux https://www.gamingonlinux.com/2024/05/proton-experimental-improves-halo-infinite-call-of-juarez-gunslinger-and-more/ @gamingonlinux I've already went though whole CoJ almost pain-free on my Steam Deck. I believe the only problem was the clunky audio in the cutscenes, but not in the main game for some reason. Fanatical's awesome #Fallout bundle ends in just over a day: https://www.fanatical.com/en/bundle/fallout-bundle?ref=gol (partner link) @gamingonlinux NGL, $25 for all that isn't bad. @gamingonlinux Oh boy. Kindom Hearts was my favorite game on PS2
I may have to consider buying them if I can actually play them on Linux
@gamingonlinux I really wish it was playable on Linux. The Epic version at least, is not. At least not without some really messy workarounds, because some FMVs are in some unknown codec, which does not work on Proton. Of course, SE could change that, but that would make too much sense ๐
@gamingonlinux
Took them long enough
