My black cat would then eat the rest, but since he passed away, I had to throw food away. This week, I found out that leaving the kitchen door open, that food would be eaten by the next morning. So last night we installed an infrared camera to see which neighborhood animal was coming over. It was the young black cat we regularly see roaming. Maybe a candidate for adoption? Two more weeks with his momma to learn the ropes of hooman manipurration and Zadig, a Maine Coon kitten, will move in with my friends and their older Bengal lady Nephtys  Oh you're awake!
