As such, I would be directly liable for any fatalities or injuries sustained due to my prohibited use of the railway switch and would receive no coverage under the Worker's Compensation Board for any lawsuits stemming from such injuries or fatalities. As such, the correct option is to not pull the lever and so spare myself from having indemnify any certified employees or the railway company against any loss or injuries due to my actions. Furthermore, I am reporting you to OSHA for the implication that I should pull the lever and so take on this liability. In addition I am reporting you for failing to report the above workplace hazard yourself to the correct regulatory bodies, despite you having enough time to make a meme rather than immediately taking steps within the existing regulatory framework to avoid a workplace injury.
