Seeing over and over, #DesignSystems teams are finally starting to feel good with adoption in design, but development is seriously falling behind. There are all sorts of options to help remedy it. However, I can't help but think that hiring a shit-hot hybrid designer/developer or “Design Engineer” is the real solution 🤔
