I want to talk about these clips on YouTube where (mostly) kids use their overpriced phones as an x86 gaming rigs. It's both impressive and an absolute madness, like, hey parents just go get your kid a PC or a Steam Deck instead of an overpriced phone.
So imagine the amount of layers:
1) the guys use Termux
2) install Box86/64 emulator in it
3) combine it with Wine with DXVK
4) to get proper Vulkan they use Turnip driver from Mesa that configured to work on the top of KGSL (Qualcomm's DRM-like subsystem in Android Linux kernel).
And it even runs GTA V! In 15 FPS which they call playable, until it crashes.

Mom sent me this picture. It's me in 2013, 15 years old, finishing middle school.
I had to move to another high school because didn't pass the exam, but it's ended up good for me, because I had more free time and also found new friends.
That's when I started learning C++. And also signed up on Fediverse for the first time.
