Keynes acknowledged this in his own work and said since economies of scale are more efficient, such monopoly should be governed by society. I’d say why not? If a company is national in scope or owns its sector, it should be nationalized or the employees should own it.

Biden’s act is itself #fascism lite. By this I mean the merger of gov and corporations, which was the notable characteristic of Mussolini’s Italian form. “Lite” here is meant to indicate the despotism lacks the social violence against marginalized groups so evident in conservatives that is characteristic of fascism, also known as palingenetic ultranationalism.
