I think author just gave up...so sad I can tell you one thing - even if Wagner and Prigozhin fail - this here moment is the most massive crack/fracture in the Russian army/administration since the war started. It will only get worse from here  Russian army - still bombing Kyiv no matter what is happening in Rostov. Basically, really the strategy there I think is - we die, but we will take you with us.
