Bobbin really is enjoying her best life. #Caturday #Cats #CatsOfMastodon #Torties #TortieCats Bobbin is always underfoot when food is being prepared. Sometimes quite literally. These cold Canberra mornings are encouraging more snuggling between Bobbin and Chrissy. Temp outside was -2.5°C at the time of the pic, up from -6.2°C overnight. Last night, Bobbin got in the big cat bed in our room (it's heated, as is the smaller one) and slept there all night. She's come back today as well (after their morning feed), so it's well and truly her space now! Both cats are having a good rest in the sun on this cold Canberra morning. Earlier tonight, Bobbin received some gentle pets from @pelagikat and I managed to get some video. Bobbin has decided this is a comfortable way to sit on the couch. #cats #CatsOfMastodon #tortie A first: Bobbin and Chrissy sitting on the couch together. More Bobbin and Chrissy pics, this time asleep across the room from each other. Would not have happened 2 weeks ago. Bobbin and Chrissy seem to be making progress. They've gotten to the "competitive washing at a distance" phase while occasionally staring at each other. Chrissy's 4 stages of sleep: We made a toy 'mousey' out of cat hair, simply by rubbing it to felt the fur into shape. It's mainly made out of Salome's fur, but also a bit from Chrissy.
